Frequently asked questions

Straight answers, before you commit Questions are a good place to start. Here is what to expect from the three offers, how we protect your team’s judgment, and what happens after you reach out. Choosing a starting point Which offer is right for us? If the problem is still fuzzy, start with the Paid Workflow Diagnostic. If the workflow is already understood and approved, a Built-to-Work Implementation may be the next step. Managed Operations is for systems that need ongoing monitoring, support, and improvement. Do we have to commit to all three offers? No. Each offer stands on its own. The three-part path is available when it makes sense, but the diagnostic does not lock you into an implementation or ongoing plan. How do we check whether there is a fit? Start with the five-minute workflow fit check. Describe one recurring job, how often it happens, and what goes wrong. If a conversation would help, the reply includes options for a short Zoom call. Scope, pricing, and delivery How does project scoping work? We start with the real workflow: who does what, where information moves, and where work stalls or repeats. The diagnostic turns that evidence into a current-state map, priorities, and a practical implementation option. How are projects priced? The Workflow Diagnostic typically starts at $2,500. Built-to-Work projects typically start at $15,000, and Managed Operations plans typically start at $1,500 per month plus usage. Focused AI instruction sessions start at $1,500, and AI workflow adoption sprints start at $5,000. Final pricing depends on the agreed scope and is documented before work begins. Will we need to replace all our current tools? Usually not. We first look for the smallest dependable fix. That may mean improving the handoffs between tools, replacing one fragile step, or building a focused workflow around systems your team already uses. People, agents, and ongoing support Will agents make decisions for our business? Not where human judgment or authority matters. We design clear approval gates for consequential actions such as customer communication, payments, contracts, credentials, and production changes. Do you offer ChatGPT or Claude training? Yes. Cylentware offers practical AI work instruction and consulting for teams using ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, or everyday chat tools. A focused session teaches one reusable working method for up to eight participants. A two-to-four-week adoption sprint puts up to three recurring tasks into practice with clear data, permission, measurement, and approval boundaries. What does Managed Operations include? It can include monitoring, business-hours issue response, upkeep for a named production workflow, bounded monthly improvements, and regular reliability and outcome reviews. The support window, response targets, usage, escalation path, and boundary between maintenance and new project work are agreed up front. What happens after I contact you? A person reviews what you send and replies within two business days with a recommended next step. You do not need a polished brief; a plain description of one recurring workflow is enough. Still wondering where to begin? Tell us about the bottleneck in plain language. We’ll help you decide whether it is worth diagnosing, fixing, or simply leaving alone for now. Check Project Fit
